Q: Do you accept financial assistance toward the cost of child care?
A: Yes. You may obtain an application for tuition assistance from any of our centers or visit you local Office of Family Support. More information regarding financial assistance can be found on the web at www.dss.state.la.us
Q: Are you licensed by the state:
A: Yes. We are licensed as Class “A”.
Q: Is there a waiting list? A: Occasionally, we will have a waiting list for certain age groups. However, the list is always longer on paper than it is in reality. Many parents place their child on our waiting list and find alternate care in the meantime. Upon a spot becoming available to that particular family, the family sometimes decides to stay wherever they have enrolled.
Q: As a prospective parent, can I tour your facility at anytime?

Q: As a parent, can I visit/come into the center at anytime?
A: Yes, we have an open door policy and parents are always welcome! Anytime!
Q: Do you have certain times during the day that childrenare not allowed to be dropped off?
A: Yes. Children are not allowed to be dropped off between the hours of 9:30 am and 2:00 pm. We actually prefer for children to be dropped of by 8:00 am. This allows for a very consistent and structured schedule for the children and the classroom. It also allows for proper lunch counts and teacher scheduling.
Q: Are services offered during the summer?
A: Yes, we operate year-round.
Q: Do you close for holidays, and do I have to pay when you are closed?
A: Yes, we do close for selected holidays. Our list of holidays we are closed can be found in our student manual. You do have to pay for the full week of tuition even if we are closed for holidays. (We do offer TWO weeks of vacation credit to each child after one year of enrollment. Some conditions apply)
Q: Do I have to pay full tuition even if my child is absent?
A: Yes.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: 6:30 – 6:00 Monday-Friday
Q: What are your fees?
A: We do not offer our fees over the telephone or internet. You must visit one of our centers and the Director will share our fees with you. Our fees are subject to change anytime and may differ from one center to another.
Q: How do I enroll?
A: Visit our center of your choice. Make certain we can meet your child’s needs. Complete the necessary paperwork. Pay your registration fee and first week’s tuition. YOUR DONE!
Q: What happens if I need to withdraw my child from your center?
A: We require a two week withdrawal notice. It must be in writing. At the end of the two week notice, you pay your account balance in full and you may withdraw with no strings attached.
